Bartley Family Orthodontics Windsor, Our son has been in treatment here for two years, first with an expander and then braces, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From day one, the orthodontist explained each phase of the plan in terms both of us understood, so my son knew what to expect and never felt anxious. The expander and braces adjustments were handled gently, and the staff always made sure he was comfortable. Appointments ran on time, questions got real answers, and any issue was fixed quickly. Two years later, the results are fantastic, and my son smiles with a confidence he didn't have before. Scheduling and billing were simple and transparent throughout. I'd recommend this practice to any parent looking for skilled, kid-friendly orthodontic care.

I had a wonderful experience at Bartley Family Orthodontics today! The staff members were warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the office was very clean and well-maintained. I especially loved finding out that Dr. Bartley is Jamaican 🇯🇲, which made the visit even more special! Overall, I had a great first impression and look forward to my orthodontic journey with them. Our kids have been coming to this practice for years, and we’ve always had a great experience. Prior to joining them, my son (9yo at the time) was seeing another dentist but needed to have a molar extracted/treated, and that practice was sending me all over West Hartford for different parts of his treatment. It became a lot to manage. I was referred to Dr. Bartley by a friend, and I’m so glad we joined the practice. His molar was taken care of, and, most importantly, my son’s dental anxiety has completely gone away. Today, he got his braces put on, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The staff is friendly, Dr. Bartley was attentive and took the time to answer my questions, and Marisol was wonderful to work with as well. They truly make you feel comfortable and cared for. Just a great team at Windsor. We’re so happy to be part of the practice!
